Marc Niederhoffer is a Partner in Buchbinder’s New Jersey office, bringing over 20 years of experience. He conducts audits, prepares financial statementsincome tax returns, advises on income tax reduction strategies and planning as well as provides business consulting. He helps clients with succession planning, acquisitions and valuations. Marc is also highly experienced in tax compliance (including sales payroll, property, income and more) and provides historically successful representation with IRS and government agencies. Marc works closely with privately held and family-owned businesses and non-profit organizations across a variety of industries, including apparel, charity, professional services, paper and energy.
