Bethesda, MD – February 27, 2015 — On March 18, 2015, Michael Kowler, CPA/ABV, CVA, will be presenting a seminar on the topic of business valuations for the Prince George’s County Bar Association located at the Prince George’s Circuit Court Law Library in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
Michael, a partner in Buchbinder’s Bethesda, Maryland office, leads the firm’s business valuation and litigation support services department. In this capacity, he works with clients and their legal team on matters such as matrimonial law, estate and gift tax preparation and planning, corporate and partnership disputes, buy-sell agreements, lost profit damages and professional malpractice cases. Michael has more than 30 years of tax and audit experience. He has prepared valuation reports for clients throughout the United States for a variety of industries, including government contractors, accounting, legal, health care, automotive, software technology, and retail and wholesale companies. Michael was part of a national group of speakers to talk at the Maryland Institute of CPAs first Annual Business Valuation Conference.
